9/22/16 fighting client's loitering charge in Sandy Springs On 9/22/16, I accompanied my client to the Sandy Springs City Court. I was there to defend him against a loitering charge. Their were two other co-defendants charged with my client, and each co-defendant had their own separate attorney representing them that day. This particular case was set for a bench trial. We convinced the prosecutor to dismiss the charges because, the states primary witness was not present.

This was the second time that the states witness was a no-show.

This was another happy day for the clients of Alpharetta, Georgia criminal defense attorney Scott Miller.
