December 1, 2015, I am in the Alpharetta Municipal court defending my client who's been charged with a speeding ticket.
Following negotiations with the prosecutor on my clients behalf, I was able to get the prosecutor to reduce the speed to below the reportable threshold.  This makes the ticket a non-reportable offense, and as far as the state of Georgia is concerned, this is if the ticket did not occur.
My client is very pleased with this outcome.
