Defending my client against hit and run in Alpharetta, GA.

On Wednesday, November 15, 2017, I appeared in Alpharetta Municipal Court with my client.
She had been charged with hit and run.

The other driver was subpoenaed and was present in court.

The prosecutor insisted on a guilty plea or a no contest plea for my client.

If my client had played guilty, it would have resulted in loss of her driver’s license.

In an effort to get the best result possible for my client, I had the case transferred to Fulton County State Court.
