Recently, I defended a client in the Alpharetta, GA. Municipal Court who was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, and operating a motor vehicle without proper registration. Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the charges dismissed.

Defending my client charged with expired registration in Alpharetta, GA.

Recently, I defended a client in the Alpharetta, GA. Municipal Court who was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, and operating a motor vehicle without proper registration.
My client had recently moved to the state of Georgia and failed to register his vehicle within the required period of time, which is 30 days. He was unaware of the maximum amount of time allowed before he had to register his vehicle.
Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the charges dismissed.
