I'm in the Alpharetta Municipal Court defending my client against the charge of driving a vehicle without valid liability insurance. My client is a full-time student at the University of Georgia, and she assumed that the insurance would be paid by her father. Somehow the renewal of the insurance was not completed and she was stopped while returning home. After consultation with the family and negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get this charge dismissed. www.lawofficeofscottmiller.com

Driving with expired insurance in Alpharetta, GA.

I'm in the Alpharetta Municipal Court defending my client against the charge of driving a vehicle without valid liability insurance.

The Georgia law is quite clear. It states that the driver of the vehicle has the responsibility to ensure that insurance active and up-to-date.

After consultation with the family and negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get this charge dismissed.

This is another happy outcome for a client of Alpharetta Attorney Scott Miller.
