I have a failure to appear in GA.  Will I lose my drivers license?
Georgia law states that anyone who has fails to respond to a traffic summons, that is not a parking violation, shall have his drivers license and driving privileges suspended. The Georgia Department of Driver Services shall notify the person, that his license will be suspended subject to a review. The suspension will start in 28 days or less after the date of the notice.
Any person who has been notified of a suspension by drivers services, may request a hearing before the office of state administrative hearings.
