Monday, I appeared with my client in Milton City Court.
She was charged with driving without insurance.
I explained to the prosecutor that my client had recently moved, and her mail had not been forwarded to her new address.
Following negotiations with the court, and after providing evidence that my client’s vehicle insurance was up-to-date, I was able to get the charge dismissed.
