On Monday October 23, 2017, I appeared for my client in Fulton County Court.
My client who lives in South Carolina was not able to return to Atlanta to attend court.
He had been charged with a following too close accident.
After negotiation with the prosecutor, I got the court to agree to dismiss my client’s charge following the prosecutor performing his due diligence to make sure that the damage had been repaired to the other drivers vehicle.
I consented to this and waved arrangement.
