Fighting client's aggressive driving charge in DeKalb
On February 20, 2015, I appeared with my client in the DeKalb State Court to fight his aggressive driving charge.
After negotiations with the prosecutor, I got the charge reduced to a non-reportable offense. My client had to pay $300 court cost and he had to take a defensive driving course, plus he had complete the teen, mothers against drunk driving panel.
Aggressive driving is a serious charge, it is not a simple traffic violation. This is a win for my client because there will be no record of this made with the Georgia Department of Driver Services, and their will be no points added on his drivers license.
