On Tuesday, December 5, 2017, I appeared with my client in Fulton State Court prepared for a jury trial.
He was charged with simple assault.
I announced to the court that we were ready for today’s calendar however, our case was not reached because of the length of the one-day calendar.
I had my client’s case reset to the next jury calendar.
