Fighting clients battery charge in Fulton State Court.
On September 28, 2016, I appeared in Fulton State Court to defend my client against the charge of battery.
Prior to coming to court, I had my client complete a two day Georgia accredited anger management class.
I also had him pre-pay the court costs.
After negotiations, I convinced the prosecutor to not prosecute my client's charge.
This is not a dismissal of the charge, however the charge was not prosecuted and my client was not found guilty of the charge.
