Fighting client's disorderly conduct charge in Alpharetta.

On September 11, 2017, I was in the Alpharetta Municipal Courthouse building to represent my client charged with disorderly conduct.

Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I got my client's charge reduced to a hold and clear. This is a pretrial diversion.
This means, that my client must perform 25 hours of community service, and six months after the completion of the community service, this matter will be be closed, and the arrest record will be restricted.

This is another very happy client of the Alpharetta, Georgia criminal defense attorney Scott Miller.
