On May 21, 2015, appeared with my client in the city of Brookhaven, Georgia Municipal Court to defend him against two charges. The 1st was operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration, and the 2nd was driving on an expired drivers license.
After considerable discussion and negotiation with the prosecutor, I was able to get both charges dismissed, provided my client renewed his drivers registration and renewed his drivers license.
