On January 28, 2015, I appeared for my client, in the College Park Municipal Court to enter a plea for him in absentia. My client was charged with following too close/accident. I presented to the court proof that the other drivers vehicle had been repaired satisfactory. Based on this, I was able to get the prosecutor to agree to dismiss the charge.
