Fighting client's laying drag charge in Atlanta. On January 4, 2017, I appeared in the Atlanta Municipal Court accompanied by my client. He had been charge with a traffic ticket for laying drag. My client had some prior driving tickets for which he had been found guilty. After considerable negotiation with the prosecutor, I got him to reduce the charge to a basic rules violation. This is a non-reportable charge, and it will not affect his record with the Georgia Department of Drivers Services. If you have questions about traffic tickets, you may call attorney Scott Miller at 770-408-1001 for a free consultation. www.lawofficeofscottmiller.com
