On January 30, 2017, I met with the prosecutor of the Milton, GA. city court to negotiate on behalf of my client. My client, was charged with marijuana possession, less than 1 ounce. This was his first arrest. After negotiations with the prosecutor, I decided it would in the be best interest of both parties to reschedule the case for a later date. This rescheduling of the case, will allow my client time to complete all of his requirements before appearing in court.
