April 18, 2016, I'm in the Henry County Magistrate Court, appearing with my client, to defend him against the charge of possession of methamphetamines with intent to distribute. The appearance today is a probable cause hearing, and based on the evidence, I decided to waive the hearing and continue to negotiate with the prosecutor prior to arraignment.
