Fighting client's move over violation in Alpharetta. I appeared in the Alpharetta Municipal Court accompanied by my client, to fight his move over violation. My client was traveling on Georgia 400, when he passed a stopped ambulance and fire engine at an accident site. My client stated, that traffic was extremely heavy, and there was no room for him to move his vehicle to the left. Georgia law requires that you to move your vehicle one lane over if possible, when you see emergency vehicles with their lights flashing. After discussions with the prosecutor, I was able to get this charge dismissed. This is another happy client of the Alpharetta, Georgia traffic ticket attorney Scott Miller.
