On April 24, 2017, I appeared with my client in the Sandy Springs Municipal Court. My client had been charged with passing a loading or an unloading school bus. Because of the prosecutors insistence on a nolow plea, I decided to transfer the case to the Fulton County State Court for further negotiations, with another prosecutor.
