On February 18, 2015, I was in the Sandy Springs Municipal Court, fighting my client's passing a loading and unloading school bus charge. After negotiations with the prosecutor, I got my client's charge dismissed by having her plead guilty to a basic rules violation. A basic rules violation is a dismissal, because there is no reference of the issue ever happening. If you have questions about traffic tickets, or other questions about basic rules violation, you may contact the Alpharetta, Georgia traffic ticket defense attorney Scott Miller, for a free consultation. 770-408-1001 www.lawofficeofscottmiller.com
