Fighting clients passing school bus in Sandy Springs
On February 18, 2015, I was in the Sandy Springs Municipal Court, fighting my client's passing a loading and unloading school bus charge.
After negotiations with the prosecutor, I got my client's charge dismissed by having her plead guilty to a basic rules violation. A basic rules violation is a dismissal, because there is no reference of the issue ever happening.
