Fighting client's passing school bus in Atlanta Municipal Court.
On February 24, 2015, I appeared in Atlanta Municipal Court to defend my client who is under 21 years of age, and charged with passing a loading or unloading school bus.
After consultation with the prosecutor, I was able to get this charge reduced to a basic rules violation. My client must take a defensive driving course. This is an important victory for my client, because he was under 21 years of age, and the penalties are considerably more severe than when over 21 years of age.
