I appeared in Atlanta City Court to fight my client's probation violation. He had been given a probated sentence for possession of controlled substances. While on probation my client was arrested for reckless driving. After negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get him to reduce the reckless driving charge to a minor moving violation and get the probation violation charge dismissed. My client will be be allowed to continue to serve is probated sentence outside of jail.
