Fighting client's reckless driving charge in Alpharetta, GA. In November, I appeared in the Alpharetta Municipal Court accompanied by my client and his family, to fight his reckless driving charge. My client was at the time, below 21 years of age. The penalty for reckless driving below 21 years of age usually results in a suspended drivers license. I was able to get the prosecutor to agree, that if my client attended a defensive driving class and rescheduled his case for a later date after his 21st birthday, that the charge could be dismissed. This is another happy outcome for the clients of Alpharetta Attorney Scott Miller.
