Fighting client's school bus charge in Sandy Springs' GA.

On March 18, 2015, I appeared in the Sandy Springs Municipal Court to defend my client against a passing school bus charge.
My client did not see the school bus because of the heavy traffic around the intersection at the elementary school.
The law of the State of Georgia is very clear on this issue, all vehicles must come to complete stop when approaching a stopped school bus with its lights flashing and the stop sign extended.
Because my client has a good driving record, I was able to negotiate with the prosecutor to have this charge dismissed.
This is another good day for the clients of attorney Scott Miller.
