Fighting client's school bus ticket in Atlanta City Court

On March 17, 2015, I appeared in Atlanta Municipal Court accompanied by my client. She had been charged with passing a loading or unloading school bus. The law in the state of Georgia requires, that all vehicles must come to a complete stop when a school bus is parked by the side of the road with its lights flashing and it's stop sign extended.
After negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get this charge dismissed by a pretrial diversion.
