On October 25, 2016, I appeared with my client in Fulton State Court.
He had been charged with a high-speed traffic ticket-super speeder ticket.
After discussion with the prosecutor, I negotiated a dismissal.
This is a no process of the charge based upon client's agreement to perform 20 hours of community service and take a defensive driving class.
This case was reset for compliance on December 15, 2016.
