On January 7, 2015, I was in the Gwinnett Recorders Court accompanied by my client. He had been issued a high-speed, super speeder ticket. After negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the speed reduced to a non reportable speed, and this was a dismissal of the charge. The Georgia Department of Driver's Services will not be informed of this issue. His auto liability insurance company will not be informed.
