On Wednesday December 13, 2017, I appeared with my client in the Peachtree City Municipal Court.
My client had been charged with driving with a suspended license.

My client was previously charged with a super speeder ticket and he paid the ticket on line. My client was unaware that when he paid the ticket, because he was under age, it would result in a suspension of his license.
Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I convinced the court that if my client knew that his license would have been suspended, he would not have paid the fine which was a guilty plea.

I convinced the prosecutor to resend the guilty plea because of the payment of the fine.
This then nullified the driving with a suspended license charge.
