Fighting improper lane change in Atlanta Municipal Court
February 22, 2016, I'm in Atlanta Municipal Court accompanied by my client. She has been charged with improper lane change that resulted in an accident. After negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get him to agree to dismiss the charge against my client provided that, my client pleads guilty to basic rules violation. Basic rules violation is a non-reportable offense and it is essentially a dismissal. No record of the violation will be made with the state of Georgia.
