On April 15, 2015, I appeared in the Alpharetta Municipal Court accompanied by my client. He had been charge with passing a loading or unloading school bus.
Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get this charge dismissed, so it will not appear on his driving record.
My client must complete a defensive driving class and pay a minimal court fine.
