Fighting to keep driving privileges for my DUI client. On August 15, 2017, I appeared with my client at an administrative license suspension hearing. My client had been charged with DUI in Alpharetta, Georgia. This was his first in a lifetime charge. Because, my client had refused the state breath test, the the arresting officer seized my client's drivers license. This refusal of the breath test and the seizure of my client's Drivers License precipitated this license suspension hearing. I announced to the judge that my client and I ready for the license suspension hearing, however the arresting officer failed to appear and I got the court to rule in my favor. My client's license was not suspended. This is another happy outcome for the clients of Alpharetta, Georgia DUI defense attorney Scott Miller. 770-480-1001 www.lawofficeofscottmiller.com
