On a Wednesday, I appeared in Alpharetta Municipal Court with my client and his parents. My client had received a speeding ticket and was additionally charged with operating a vehicle after hours with a provisional license.
I provided evidence to the court that my client is a high school honors student, and this was his first traffic violation.
Following negotiation with the prosecutor, I got his charges dismissed.
