On Thursday, April 12, 2018, I appeared with my client in Forsyth County Court.
My client had been ticketed for exceeding the speed limit by 26 mph.
Following negotiation with the prosecutor, I was able to have my client’s speed reduced to 14 MPH over the limit.
Her ticket then becomes a simple speeding ticket which is dismissible.
After my client pays the court fine her ticket will be dismissed.
