Getting client's expired registration charge dismissed in Alpharetta. I frequently get calls from people who have moved to Georgia and failed to register their car within 30 days. This particular client had moved to Alpharetta from Maryland and was stopped for a lane change violation. He was also charged with no vehicle registration, because he is a Georgia resident and, he had not registered his vehicle in Georgia. After meeting with the prosecutor, and submitting evidence of a good driving record for my client, I was able to convince the prosecutor to dismiss this charge.
