Getting client's shoplifting charge dismissed in Dunwoody

On Wednesday, March 14, 2018, I appeared with my client in Dunwoody Municipal Court.

My client had been charged with shoplifting, taking merchandise from a local merchant without paying for it.

The amount was less than $300.

Following negotiation with the prosecutor' I was able to get the court to agree to a pretrial diversion.

A pretrial diversion is an earned dismissal.

After my client successfully completes the steps outlined by the court, his case will be dismissed and his arrest record will be restricted.

This is a very good outcome from my client' and he is another very happy client of the Alpharetta, Georgia shoplifting defense attorney Scott Miller.
