The Georgia law clearly states that the wheels of a vehicle must stop rolling forward completley at a stop sign.
 
On February 21, 2017, I appeared in the Cobb County court to represent my client, who had received a stop sign violation.
After negotiations, I convinced the prosecutor to dismiss my client's charges.
