Getting clients stop sign violation dismissed in Roswell, GA. On January 9, 2017, I appeared in Roswell City Court with my client. She was charged with a stop sign violation. My client is 17 years old, and if she had pled guilty or paid the fine, she would have received three points on her driving record. Then, if my client had another violation that gave her only one point or more she would have lost her driving privileges. After negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get this client's case dismissed, provided that she must present to the court documentation that she successfully completed the City of Roswell teen violation impact panel. This is a happy day for my client and her parents.

She and her parents are happy clients of the Alpharetta, Georgia traffic ticket defense attorney Scott Miller.
