On April 20, 2017, I appeared with my client in DeKalb Recorders Court. He had been charged with a super speeder ticket, and was ticketed for driving 91 mph in a 65 mph zone.
Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I got the court to agree to that after my client paid the court cost, his speed would be you reduced to 14 mph over the limit, and his charge was dismissed.
No record of this will be reported to the Georgia Department of driver services, and his insurance rates will not go up because of this incident.
