On February 12, 2015, I was in the Alpharetta Municipal Court defending my client against a high-speed traffic ticket. His age is below 21 and the consequences of this ticket could have caused a suspension of his drivers license. After consultation with the prosecutor, I was able to get the charge dismissed, by getting the speed reduced to 14 mph over the posted limit.
