On Wednesday, April 25, 2018, I appeared with my client in Duluth Municipal Court. My client who is a teenager had been charged with traveling 63 mph in a 45 mph zone. Following negotiation with the prosecutor, I was able to get my client’s charge dismissed after completion of the teen court program. This consist of defensive driving class, a teen court class and paying a fine of $214.50.
