On Friday, September 8, I appeared with my client in Cumming City Court.
My client who was under 21 years of age, was charged with speeding.
Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get his speed reduced to 14 mph over the limit, so that it will not appear on his Georgia Department of drivers services record.
I was then able to get his case reset, to allow sufficient time for him to obtain the funds to pay his court costs.
