I am in the Alpharetta Municipal Court, defending my client against the charge of passing a loading or unloading the school bus.
Georgia law States that all vehicular traffic must come to a halt when approaching an unloading or loading school bus. This law was put into effect to protect our children, and it is vigorously enforced.  The police officers in school areas are tasked with keeping our children safe.

Please be careful when driving in and around school zone areas.  Our children are busy talking and enjoying the school experience. They are not looking at the approaching traffic.

This information is provided to you by the Alpharetta, Georgia school zone traffic ticket defense attorney Scott Miller. If you have been ticketed for passing a school bus, call Attorney Scott Miller at 770-408-1001 for a free consultation.
