On January 14, 2015, I was in the Alpharetta Municipal Court accompanied by my client, who had been charged with a hit and run and also charged with reckless driving. Followings negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the hit-and-run reduced to the lesser charge of failure to report an accident. I also got the reckless driving charge dismissed. This is a great result for my client because these were two serious violations.
