On April 21, 2015, I appeared in the Brookhaven City Court to represent my client, who had been charged with failure to stop at a stop sign and expired registration. After negotiation with the prosecutor, and based on the fact that the client had a clean driving record, and the fact that he was in Georgia temporarily for work, I got these two charges dismissed.
