In Gwinnett recorders court fighting client's speeding ticket
On February 11, 2015, I was in the Gwinnett County Recorders Court defending my client against a high-speed traffic ticket. After negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the speed reduced to 14 mph over the posted limit. This is a victory for my client because there will be no record of this on his drivers record.
