I'm in the Milton, Georgia Municipal Court defending my client who has been charged with driving without insurance.

My client was involved in a rear end accident. When the police arrived they charged him with operating a vehicle without Georgia liability insurance.  My client was driving his mothers car.
It is required in The State of Georgia to have valid vehicle liability insurance before operating a motor vehicle on any street or highway.  It does not matter who the car belongs to. The operator of the car is always charged.
Before driving your car or your friends car, be sure that there is valid liability insurance on the vehicle.
