Any loss of concentration on the task of driving can and does result in accidents.
Plan your trip in advance before you get in the car. If you must use the GPS to aid your planning, do it before your vehicle starts moving. Have a clear idea where you are going and how you will get there safely.
Remember any, distraction while driving may be your last distraction. Distraction can kill.
