If you have been convicted of DUI and your blood alcohol concentration was greater than .08 you can expect to spend at least 24 hours in jail. You will be placed on probation for 12 months. You must serve at least 40 hours of community service.
You can expect a minimum fine of $300 to a maximum of $1000. You will be required to attend DUI school.
