Monday, April 28, 2014. 9:00 AM in Duluth Municipal Court: negotiations with the prosecutor on the half of my client. My client was charge with passing a school bus, however I was able get the prosecutor to agree to reduce the charge to traveling too fast for conditions. This is a good resolution for my client's problem.
