December 11, 2015, I am in the Sandy Springs, Georgia Municipal Court, defending my client against the charge of passing a stopped school bus. After negotiation with the prosecutor I was able to get the charge dismissed. My client will have to take a defensive driving course as a requirement of the dismissal.
